
HCLTech Secures Banco Do Brasil Deal

HCLTech will create a dedicated team of specialists with extensive CRM experience to implement Salesforce solutions for Banco do Brasil. HCLTech will use four Salesforce solutions - financial services cloud, which reduces service costs with automation; marketing cloud to deliver customer experiences; Salesforce integration manager , for integration and automation solutions; and professional services, to ensure a successful implementation, as per economic times.
The integrated platform will enable the bank to leverage client interactions and data to provide appropriate and personalized solutions, further strengthening its connection and producing more efficiency in base development and new business.
